  4. Upon registering Cache Master you will receive a license
  5. number which will recognize you as a customer and
  6. prevent the shareware screen from displaying at
  7. start-up.

  12. Card, American Express, Diners Club, or Carte Blanche
  13. credit card can order by calling PsL using reference #14281.

  15. may be sent to 713-524-6398.  Send E-Mail to Compuserve
  16. at 71355.470@compuserve.com.  Credit card orders may also
  17. be sent to PsL at P.O. Box 35705, Houston, TX  77235.
