  4. Upon registering Cache Master you will receive a license
  5. number which will recognize you as a customer and
  6. prevent the shareware screen from displaying at
  7. start-up.

  12. Card, American Express, Diners Club, or Carte Blanche
  13. credit card can order by calling PsL using reference #14281.
